“Neuroimaging of PTSD in children”
“This project consists of two consecutive parts: The first part is a cross-sectional comparison between children who are exposed to a traumatic experience without developing PTSD and children who do develop PTSD. The second part consists of a longitudinal comparisons between two psychotherapies. We conduct structural, functional (resting state and during an emotional working-memory task) and diffusional MRI. Additionally with the endocrinological and psychological measures, (epi)-genetics is measured.”
