Neuroimaging of PTSD in children

This project consists of two consecutive parts: The first part is a cross-sectional comparison between children who are exposed to a traumatic experience without developing PTSD and children who do develop PTSD. The second part consists of a longitudinal comparisons between two psychotherapies. We conduct structural, functional (resting state and during an emotional working-memory task) and diffusional MRI. Additionally endocrinological and psychological measures are performed.
