Improving diagnostics and treatment in the individual essential tremor patient.

This study focuses on the brain areas involved in the generation of tremor. It is assumed that activity in certain areas lead to distorted muscle activity and tremor. By identifying these brain areas, we hope to define certain subgroups within the essential tremor population, which will facilitate and ameliorate the laborious diagnostic and therapeutic process in this patient population.
