“Predicting treatment outcome in obsessive-compulsive disorder using neuroimaging biomarkers”

“To optimize treatment for OCD and reduce the burden and costs associated with unsuccessful therapy, we aim to establish MRI biomarkers for treatment selection of OCD patients to cognitive behavioral therapy or SSRIs using machine learning techniques on several fMRI modalities. Furthermore, we aim to validate the MRI biomarkers in an independent cohort. Our secondary objective is to differentiate between longitudinal effects of SSRIs and CBT on brain measures in OCD patients.”
